For VMC Live: Refunds are only available when lessons are unable
to be completed due to unresolvable technical issues.

For Events (such as Sassmannshaus Tradition Teacher Training):
All registrants will be refunded in full if the event is cancelled for any reason.
Refunds are also available in case of individual emergencies at our discretion.
